The badge is a verification mark — it states that the business claimed its listing and verified its information. It is not a quality rating, an award, or an endorsement of services. Listings that haven't been claimed show a plain “Listed in the KinsLe Directory” mark instead.

What is the KinsLe Directory?
The KinsLe Directory is KinsLe’s public directory of pet businesses — veterinary care, groomers, boarding and daycare, sitters and walkers, trainers, pet shops, breeders, rescues and shelters, and more, organized into 20 categories and 220 specialties across the United States.
What does “Listed in the KinsLe Directory” mean?
It means the business appears in the Directory from public listing information. It is not a verification, a rating, or an endorsement — it simply says the business is listed, and that it has not yet claimed its listing to confirm the details itself.
What does the KinsLe Verified badge mean?
A business earns the KinsLe Verified badge by claiming its listing and verifying its identity and business information with KinsLe. Verified listings show the details the business confirmed itself — hours, services, and photos. Verified Gold is the same verified state held by a Founders Club Business member.
Why do some listings show more detail than others?
Detail appears when a business claims its listing and confirms it. Until then, a listing shows only its basic public details — name, category, and where it is. KinsLe never fills the gaps with guesses: no unverified hours, prices, or ratings appear on any listing.
How do I claim my business’s listing?
Find your business in the Directory, open its listing, and choose “Claim this listing.” Claiming happens in the KinsLe Business portal, where you confirm your details, add your services and photos, and — when you’re ready — open bookings from pet families near you.
Does it cost anything to be listed or to claim?
Being listed is free, and claiming your listing is free. Claiming connects your listing to your KinsLe Business account, where paid plans add booking, invoicing, and client tools.
